FAI DIRECTIVE - TRANSFER SYSTEM CHANGE OVER + 'PLAY' DIRECTIVE

Just a reminder that due to transfer of data from FAINet to Comet, it will not be possible to register or transfer players in the week from December 12th to 19th as one system will be closed down and the new one (Comet) will be starting

The FAI did send a directive a number of weeks back that leagues were not to play fixtures after December 12th and no fixtures were to be played until after the Christmas break
