Subject: NEFL AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the North East Football League will take place on Wednesday 25 January in the Ardboyne Hotel, Dublin Road, Navan starting at 7pm. As per rule, all nominations (new) for the Committee, and motions for the Agenda must be submitted on or before 11 January. All member clubs will receive one week’s notice of motions.
All Clubs are requested to be represented by up to a maximum of two people. Each Club and NEFL Committee member shall be entitled to one vote on any issues raised on the Agenda.
Following on previous correspondence advising of no official presentation night due to the late conclusion of the season. All teams on the honours list were issued with their medals, etc in time to arrange their own presentations prior to Christmas if desired to do so.
It is hoped to announce the individual awards (All divisional players of the years (Mens and Women), Manager, Referee, Club, etc) after the conclusion of the AGM * approx 8.30. or a little sooner Refreshments will be served in the form of Tea/Coffee Sandwiches, Finger Food.
All AGM attendees are encouraged to stay on for the presentations which will take less than one hour. A short list (top three for each award will be announced in mid January), and it is hoped to have all in attendance.
Resulting from this format Clubs must declare in advance as to the ID of the rep/reps to the AGM on or before 11 January, and indicate if they are in a position to unwind and stay on for the proposed presentations as detailed above.

Failure to respond to the above will result in voting passes not being issued in the event of any representatives turning up unannounced on the day. (would not apply in the event of a change of personnel than originally declared on time).
Outside Club members such as Media, Irish Soccer Referees Society, Sponsors, etc shall receive a separate invitation for the presentation awards, and if arriving early are welcome to observe the earlier proceedings during the AGM
