SPRATT LEADS GOAL CHARGE AS ST JOHNS ROUT REAL TUBBER

In the Sligo Southern Hotel Super League St Johns FC hit their best form all season with a devasting display of fire power and ruthless finishing that seen them Real Tubber FC for nine without reply.

Malachy Spratt bring his league goal tally up to 20 hitting a hat trick. Darragh Mc Goldrick adding 2 more goals along with a goal each from Cillian Sweeney, John Feick’s , Leon Clancy and Keelan Lynch putting St Johns 5th on the leader board.

 

Calry Bohs went one place higher on the tables board with a goal each from Benedict Nwani, Cian Oates and Gavin Lynch taken all three points from Arrow Harps and conceding nil an all-round brilliant display from the Calry lads.

 

Aughanagh raced into a first half lead through two goals from Marcus Guikian.

Aughanagh extended their early in the second half when Dylan McDermott scored to make it 3-0. Richie Hunter and Stephen Fallon both scored for Ballisodare in the final minutes of the game. Ballisodare couldn't find an equaliser as a cross hit the post in the final seconds of the game. Aughanagh gained a very valuable 3 points.

 

Cliffoney Celtic journeyed to Coolaney Utd a profitable one with 2 goals each for James Herrity and Jack Davitt grabbing all 3 points, Jack Somers scoring the only goal for Coolaney Utd.

 

 

In the Sligo Pallets Premier League Leading scorer Cian Kilcoyne keeps on netting this time with a brilliant hat-trick capturing all 3 points without any reply from Ballygawley Celtic and moving Ballymote Celtic into 2nd  spot on the leader board manager Mark Irwin is certainly getting the best from all his players right at the crucial time.

 

Gino O Boyle has Stars on full throttle winning well away to an impressive Strand Celtic Reserves. Man of the Match was Clive Brennan hit the 2 magical goals that wrapped the 3 precious points for Stars now within striking distance of the top 2 clubs. Rory Kinnane hit a great goal for Strand reserves but the day and the points all belonged to Stars.
